Lying close to Greenacres, Adcockvale, Fernglen and Perridgevale, the upper middle class suburb of Newton Park is ideally placed for easy access to beaches, St George's Park Cricket Stadium and Cape Road CBD. It's essentially a residential suburb with at least three schools in amongst its tree-lined avenues.
If that does not paint a clear enough picture then mention Third Avenue dip to anyone and they'll know exactly where Newton Park is.
